Overview

Abigail's Love is a non profit organisation, aiming to do what we can to remove domestic abuse as acceptable in all walk's of life.

Attendees will be immersed in a 1 hour sound healing and breathwork journey. Using crystal and Tibetan bowls, qualified Breathwork Coach Rebecca will help everyone relax into the space in preparation for a breathwork journey.

We will then have a short group conversation about communication, the importance of the nervous system and how do deal with anger in different situations.
