This 8-week course is for people who have difficulty with their emotions, and for whom irritability or anger in particular is a problem.

About this Event

This 8-week course is for people who have difficulty with their emotions, and for whom irritability or anger in particular is a problem.

We will explore the ways in which difficult emotions are connected to situations, thoughts and behaviour.

Participants will learn:

how to manage stress that can lead to irritability, anger and frustration

ways of reducing the strength of emotion that they experience

skills for behaving differently when experiencing strong emotions

This course is designed for people to refer themselves to. Please note that we do not provide evidence of attendance.

All applicants are expected to attend an Options session, as well as a subsequent 45-minute individual assessment with the course facilitators prior to the start of the course. More information on this will be provided after online registration. Please note these are scheduled to take place within the daytime (10am-4pm).
