The Challenge

Whether you're walking, jogging, or being pushed, this family-friendly event is an opportunity to challenge yourself while making a real impact.

Starting by Kingston Bridge, you will follow a scenic riverside route from Kingston Bridge to Hampton Court Palace and back, finishing with celebrations, medals, and refreshments.

This is an inclusive family event, open to children aged 13 and under, who must be accompanied by one parent on the day.

Registration will open at 8:30am, the walk will kick off at 9am and finish by 11am.

What to expect:

  • A covered start point to set you on your way
  • Stewards and signposts to guide you around the loop
  • A medal and finisher’s reception to celebrate
  • Refreshments and fun!

You will be supported every step of the way:

  • A dedicated Able Child contact who will provide you with unlimited support
  • Regular communications from our fundraising team with guides, tips and best practice on getting those donations
  • Resources and materials to help you publicise your challenge and the help you need

So join our 10k Challenge and help us support more children with disabilities in Africa.
