Abolitionist Futures Reading Group - South East London
Event Information
About this event
Hi folks! South LondonCopWatch is hosting a monthly Abolitionist Futures Reading Group. Everyone is very welcome to join and learn more about abolition politics and transformative justice - no background knowledge or experience required.
We'll hold our meetings on the last Sunday of the month - either online or in person. (Our first session will be online).
Please try to have read/watched/listened to as much of the core material as possible - but do join for the conversation even if you haven't been able to! We're coming together to learn, so there's no pressure.
You can access the Reading List here. We'll stick to the basic structure for the first introductory session, but we're keen to add to this for future sessions so please come with any suggestions!
