With Johan Dhinakaran (Community Engagement and Projects Officer, Healthwatch Merton), Marisa McLoughlin and Brian Lawton (Voiceability advocates)

Healthwatch is the independent consumer champion for health and social care in England, working to help local people get the best out of their local health and social care services by making sure the views & experiences of children, young people and adults are heard by those who run, plan and regulate health and social care services.

St George’s university hospital’s PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) offers confidential support & information relating to health and can also act as a point of contact for patients and carers. They can also give you information and guidance on the NHS complaints procedure.

Voiceability is an independent charity and provider of advocacy, supporting people with learning disabilities to be heard, respected, have a choice and control regardless of situation or disability.

Hear more about them and other services at this information packed session.
