This is for anyone who’s feeling emotionally overwhelmed, burned out, or simply wants to reconnect with themselves through breath. Whether you're brand new to breathwork or have an existing practice, you'll be guided gently, safely, and at your own pace.

How do I access the session?

Once you register, you'll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and everything you need. We recommend logging in 5–10 minutes early to get settled.

Do I need experience with breathwork?

Not at all. This is beginner-friendly and trauma-informed. I’ll guide you step-by-step and explain everything as we go.

What should I bring?

✔ A quiet space where you feel safe and won’t be disturbed
✔ A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
✔ A pillow and blanket for comfort
✔ A glass of water
✔ Optional: Essential oils or journal

Is this session safe for everyone?

If you’re pregnant, have epilepsy, heart conditions, or a history of intense anxiety/trauma, please consult your GP. Once booked, we’ll also email you a safety guide, and we are happy to offer tailored, gentle modifications so you can participate in a way that feels right for you.
