Anna Fremantle is a breathwork facilitator and psychosomatic healing practitioner who brings a unique blend of embodied presence and scientific insight to her work. With a background as a cell biologist, Anna bridges the world of science and sacred, helping clients move through emotional blocks, reconnect with their bodies, and awaken their pleasure and power.

Kitty O’Brien is a certified breathwork facilitator, trauma-informed coach, and survivor-turned-space-holder. Her approach blends nervous system support, intuitive coaching, and deep emotional safety to guide people through burnout, trauma, and overwhelm—toward wholeness and self-trust. Kitty’s work has been featured on GB News, in Parliament, and through award-winning NHS wellness programs.

  • Join 5–10 mins early to settle in and set the tone
  • Create a calm space (somewhere quiet where you can lie down)
  • Wear comfortable clothing—soft and breathable is best
  • Avoid eating 1–2 hours before so you feel grounded, not full
  • Afterwards: Give yourself 15–20 mins to rest or reflect before driving or jumping back into life
