A transformative evening to explore your relationship with receiving, release scarcity patterns, and rewire your body for Abundance.

Many of us hold subconscious beliefs about safety, success, and self-worth that shape how we receive — not only money, but love, support, and even rest. The Full Moon is a time of illumination and release — a natural invitation to bring hidden patterns into light.

In this special edition, we’ll blend life coaching with Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and meditation to create deep emotional and energetic shifts.


What to Expect

A guided journey combining coaching, reflection, and Kundalini practice to shift your relationship with receiving.

Explore the beliefs and patterns that shape how you allow prosperity, love, and ease.

Understand what your nervous system has been protecting you from — and why.

Reset through powerful breathwork, kriya, and mantra for calm abundance.

Integrate under the Full Moon with stillness and intention, anchoring safety and openness to receive.


Please Prepare:

  • Avoid coffee for at least 4 hours beforehand
  • Strictly no alcohol or other substances before the session
  • Eat lightly (ideally 3 hours before)
  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early to ground and settle in


All levels are welcome — no prior Kundalini or Yoga experience is needed. 

You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and open to receiving life with calm confidence.

Hosted at the iconic 📍180 Studios (Central London), with herbal tea and nourishing snacks included.

Spaces are intentionally limited to create an intimate, premium experience.
