ACAS Courses - Conversations with Influence

The "Conversations With Influence" course, provided by ACAS, equips participants with skills to handle workplace conflicts, improve communication, and influence positive outcomes. It covers understanding workplace challenges, psychological defence mechanisms, conflict response strategies, effective questioning and listening techniques, and the importance of empathy and rapport. Participants will learn to use signposting, summarising, and reframing to guide discussions and resolve conflicts constructively. The course also includes practical exercises to help identify positions and interests, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
