Change can be threatening and disruptive to the individual and the business. It can be very hard to implement because it usually involves adapting to a new environment, merging different working cultures, practices and or personal circumstances. The task is made more demanding when organsiations need to maintain continuity whilst also implementing change.
The ability of those that drive and implement the change will determine whether that experience is a negative or positive one.
