Discover how to organise, document, and safeguard your art so it grows in value now and continues to inspire audiences into the future.

Does organising and cataloguing your artwork feel daunting? In this workshop, you’ll discover practical strategies to transform this overwhelming task into a manageable system that serves both your immediate needs and long-term goals. Whether you’re just beginning your artistic journey or managing decades of creative output, you’ll learn how to document your work in ways that increase its value, expand your professional opportunities, and ensure your artistic voice endures for generations to come.

In this interactive session, you’ll learn the importance of and how to:

  • Document work with high-resolution images and detailed records for professional presentation
  • Make an impact and establish a legacy at any stage of your career
  • Preserve the stories behind your creative process and inspirations
  • Generate professional certificates of authenticity, provenance, and collection catalogues
  • Establish clear ownership records and artwork locations
  • Ensure that your creative contributions endure through proper archiving – to elevate your career now, and continue to make an impact for years to come

The webinar is hosted by Artwork Archive, but you do not need to be a current user of the platform to benefit. The legacy-building principles covered will be valuable to your art practice regardless of which system you ultimately choose.
