About this event

This online course for brand owners, running over two Thursday afternoons (28th April and 5th May 2022), provides an extensive, practical guide to Amazon Vendor Management.

These two 4½-hour interactive sessions will outline how to drive sales growth on Amazon and explains the key processes involved in:

  • Listing – understand what makes a good listing
  • Optimising – how to be seen by the right customers
  • Marketing – how to maximise your presence on Amazon
  • Advertising your products on Amazon.

Amazon Vendor Central – interactive training

Within the course there will be time for case studies, interactive sessions and Q&A so you can learn from the experiences of others. Numbers for this course are restricted to help interaction.

What will you learn?

During the course, you will:

  • learn how to maximise your sales through the Amazon ecosystem and algorithm
  • understand the four pillars of growth (Attract, Persuade, Capture, Activate)
  • know best practice for marketing and merchandising opportunities
  • explore how Amazon advertising can impact your sales
  • learn about Vendor Central management
  • understand how to minimise operational and financial charges, and
  • get to grips with Amazon Retail Analytics Premium (ARAP) features and reports

Certificates and course handout

At the end of the two half-day sessions, delegates will have the insights, practical knowledge and confidence to trade effectively on Amazon. Training certificates and a course hand-out will be given at the end.

Expert course leaders

The course was initially developed and run for British Brands Group members. Following their enthusiastic response, it is now available more widely. It is run in conjunction with Tambo, a specialist and leading Amazon-focused consultancy that guides clients on how best to trade with Amazon and, where required, implements their recommendations. Who should attend?

The course is designed for brand owners to understand and fulfil their sales potential using Amazon Vendor Central. Previous attendees include delegates from sales, e-commerce marketing, finance, account management and general management.

The course will run between 1300 - 1730 on both Thursdays, 28th April and 5th May 2022.
