You are invited to the Accelerator Demo Day at the University of Sussex. This invitation is open to investors, mentors and startup supporters, as well as the University community, local founders and alumni entrepreneurs.

Join us on campus at the Student Centre for a day of celebration, with lunch and networking included. The event marks the end of a six week summer accelerator programme for students and recent graduates.

Watch 20+ short pitches from student and graduate startups taking part in the summer accelerator – with the opportunity to give feedback and score each presentation

Connect with others interested in early-stage startups and meet likeminded people in the business support ecosystem, with networking opportunities throughout the day

Hear about the work of the University of Sussex to help students generate “big ideas for a better world” and become connected, civically and politically engaged, entrepreneurial and creative

The funding feedback panel includes: Santander Universities; SouthEast Angels; Innovate UK; British Business Bank; and Unbundled VC.

Our startups are a diverse range of early-stage businesses and social enterprises preparing to launch or recently launched – from apps and AI tools, to sustainable solutions combating food waste and sea pollution.

There will be prizes given at the end of the day to startups, including an award for storytelling decided by the audience.
