Boost Your Business - Marketing Masterclass

Two of the top things that Oxfordshire businesses ask for support with are ‘Attracting more Customers’ and ‘Growing my Business Networks’. This in-person workshop will deliver both as a fantastic Boost to your business and a great way to start this Accelerator.

Overview

This power-house of a session shares essential learning for every small or medium sized business looking to grow their customer base or brand. Starting with marketing actions for every business, this session will dig into increasing footfall to your door, generating leads when selling to other businesses, e-Commerce, and the power of following-up. This will be a learning and doing session with collaborative discussions on tables.

This session will close with sign-posting to other fully funded support including expert 1:1 help with mastering your marketing.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand the core principles of small business marketing and how they apply to different industries and customer segments.
  • Identify your target audience and create clear, effective customer personas to guide your marketing strategy.
  • Develop a compelling value proposition and brand message that resonates with your ideal customers.
  • Explore low-cost, high-impact marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
