Accept Yourself: You Are Enough

How often do you feel you’re not good enough, not smart enough, not successful enough...? Feel you’re not good enough and it diminishes your self-esteem and happiness.
So, if your expectations of yourself are too high, or if you keep comparing yourself to others, stop. And instead start accepting your flaws, failures and faults, and realise you are enough, just the way you are.
