"I believe quality coaching empowers and upskills you to evolve into the best version of yourself, whilst striving for success."

Resilience & Mindset Life Coach in West Sussex, offering coaching and intervention to young people, adults, professionals and parents in-person, over the phone and virtually.

Having progressed through my career to the role of Strategic Safeguarding Manager in a Pupil Referral Unit, I work directly with some of the countries' most vulnerable and at-risk young people, providing mentoring and tailored intervention to address a range of challenges and barriers. Previously, I have worked in primary and secondary schools, as well as in the Post-16 sector.

Setting up as a Life Coach was very important to me. Too many young people are not getting the support, encouragement and challenge they need to overcome barriers to their personal and professional goals, leading to exclusion and risky lifestyles. Similarly, adults and professionals often become stuck and complacent, not reaching their potential because of a number of self-limiting beliefs and barriers, and a lack of inspiration from those around them.

With 14+ years of experience, I offer targeted and tailored coaching and intervention to promote success by focusing on resilience and mindset development. Whether you are a young person, an adult or a professional, I would be happy to help you achieve your goals.
