Want to be able to represent yourself and your needs well when meeting your Access to Work caseworker?
Join our Independent Access to Work Advisor, Alice, for this one-hour event aimed at neurodivergent employees, self-employed and business owners.
The aim of this event is to get you feeling prepared and confident about speaking to your Access to Work Case Manager.
This is PART 2 of our series of sessions. By the end of this session, you will:
- Understand the overall process - what you can expect
- Learn how you can prove financial viability (for self-employed only)
- Get to grips with the Workplace Assessment
- Prepare your case for a Support Worker
- Get informed about common challenges you may encounter
Alice will spend around 30 minutes explaining the process, with time for brief clarification questions during the presentation. Afterward, there will be a Q&A for more in-depth questions.

Please note:
While we request that participants do not record the event, some may choose to do so. Therefore, we recommend not sharing any personal or identifying information during the session.

Access to Work is an incredible UK government initiative that has helped so many disabled people thrive in their jobs. We've seen firsthand how this support enables individuals not only to stay in work but to truly enjoy their roles. We're extremely grateful for this scheme, and we're committed to ensuring it continues to benefit those who need it by discouraging misuse and protecting its integrity.
