Access1: Getting started with Access databases
Prior knowledge: None
Microsoft Access is a relational database system. Tables of different information can be set up, linked together and have data entered. Questions can be asked of this information and reports generated.
This course gives a first introduction to Access databases in order to gain an overview of the main concepts of relational databases.
This course includes:
- Viewing an existing table
- Looking at forms and reports
- Making a simple query
- Starting a simple database
- Making a second table
- Making a relationship
- Making a simple form
