Joe is the co-founder of HoaQ, an investment club that funds and supports founders who are building for the African continent and its diaspora. The club aims to invest in founders and teams with domain expertise, technical know-how, and have attained some traction within a large defined opportunity. HoaQ has deployed over $1.5 million towards over 50 early stage startups and boats over 350 investors.

Joe is a chartered accountant (IE) with over 10 years of experience ranging from consultancy, audit, finance and sales. He was previously the head of finance of Touchtech Payments (acquired by Stripe) and worked as part of the growth team post acquisition at Stripe. He is currently working as part of the financial partnerships team at Paystack.
