With over 260 U.S. patents, she’s IBM’s first female Services Master Inventor, its first Security Fellow, and the only IBM Fellow to come from a Historically Black College or University (HBCU).

Named Co-Inventor of the Year by the State Bar of Texas and recognised as the 24th most prolific inventor in Texas, Rhonda’s story is packed with insight, grit, and brilliance.
