- Moving Forward – how to embed climate sustainability.
- How you can contribute to reducing emissions.
Are we the right fit for you?
The course is fast paced, and our ethos is to transfer knowledge through discussion and building upon the contributions of others, therefore our training is totally interactive; we actively and continually encourage delegates to contribute.
Our courses are aimed at those seeking to increase their knowledge and understanding of the costs (in terms of health, finance, energy, food et al) and the impacts of greenhouse gas emissions, and critically how these can be reduced on a personal, community, and workplace level.
The courses are ideal for those who have a responsibility for sustainability and carbon reduction within their role.
We emphasise that Carbon Literate individuals understand how climate change has impacted life on earth globally, regionally, nationally, locally, and personally. Our previous delegates have typically achieved long-lasting carbon savings ranging from 5-15%.
The courses provide delegates with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to identify, implement, and oversee actions which reduce carbon emissions in a way which supports the carbon reduction strategy of the organisation and the UK Net Zero target.
Don’t have a carbon emissions reduction strategy? Not an issue.
The basis of a successful carbon reduction strategy is the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, and our courses include discussion about how to identify, measure, and report Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. We also advise clients about strategy so we can share insights on a no-names basis.
Why choose us?
- All of our courses are led by a Carbon Literacy Accredited Trainer.
- All of our trainers are certified as carbon literate by the Carbon Literacy Project.
- Each course is tailored as far as possible to the work and needs of the delegates.

Post-course support
We continue to work post-course with delegates until we are convinced that each will gain accreditation. This is achieved by working remotely with each individual through an iterative process to counsel delegates about the content and wording of their action plans.
Please note however that we cannot guarantee accreditation – that is at the sole discretion of The Carbon Literacy Project, but we have an excellent first-time rate of success.
