What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is ample parking at the AJ Bell Stadium if travelling by car.

If travelling by train or tram, a bus is required to reach the stadium.

What's the refund policy?

A 50% refund will be given for any cancellations before 20th September, then 25% before 27th September, and 0% thereafter.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, but as this is an exclusive event with limited spaces, please bring proof of ID that matches the name registered.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes absolutely, contact jamesperryman@rockstar.cx to provide any updated information.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes the ticket can be transferred to somebody else, but is for these dates only.

Please contact jamesperryman@rockstar.cx to let us know who the ticket is being transferred to.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

The name we have registered needs to be the person attending.
