Course Learning Outcomes

• Develop mindfulness techniques for everyday practice for deeper self awareness, personal growth and well-being

• Learn how best to apply mindfulness within the life coaching relationship to support and enhance the client’s development

• Participants will understand the core characteristics of positive psychology and how to apply this within their coaching work.

• Demonstrate empathic responses to working with clients gaining the skills to enable clients to effectively, manage challenges and limiting beliefs as they occur within the coaching process
