The Clear Company’s Inclusive Hiring programme provides guidance on creating a consistent hiring standard across your organisation.
Over the course of a one-hour e-learning module followed by a four-hour workshop, we will support you to set up and implement an inclusive hiring process. Throughout the programme we test and retest your knowledge and upon successful completion you will gain an accreditation, allowing you to take your learning back to your organization with confidence and credibility.

This programme has traditionally been delivered to large cohorts at organizations we are supporting with long term projects. However, our new Open Course format can now welcome staff from multiple organisations, allowing as many people as required from your organisation to participate.
