Accredited Mediator Training Course - 5 days

This foundation course, taught by experienced practising mediators, represents the first step towards qualification as a Civil & Commercial Mediator and is accredited by the Civil Mediation Council. Successful completion will result in certification as a mediator subject to undertaking the three required observations. CMC requirements differ.

Delegates will undertake both theory and practical elements during this intensive, week-long course and will be required to undergo both an assessed simulated mediation and written examination.

This course is suitable for anyone who has an interest in learning more about mediation, whether they intend to practice as a mediator themselves or simply use the skills learned within their own existing roles. No previous knowledge or understanding of alternative dispute resolution or the law is required as all essential elements will be covered on the course.
