We are a boutique HR Company who are passionate about putting the Human back into HR.

We are a small Company - great things come in little packages - but we are experts in all elements of HR. Whether it be advice and guidance on technical legal points or process or policy through to being able to design and deliver complex transformational projects.

We are very different because everything we do is based on the principle of a 360 degree approach. In other words, using our deep knowledge of neuroscience, humans and behaviour to understand that no situation is black and white.

This is because we care about doing the right thing in the right way. Its not soft and fluffy, its smart, clever, scientific and takes a far more proactive approach to positive mental health management.

We love NLP and CBT and are very brain & reaction orientated. People are fascinating. The best way to get the most out of poeple is to really understand them. And thats what we do all day everyday, working or not.
