About this event

This is a sponsored event in order to raise funds for the charity and so we request that each rider gets sponsorship of a minimum of £30.

There are three optional routes, 11 miles, 26 miles and 50 miles - So choose the challenge for you.

The routes are carefully selected to be around beautiful countryside, where possible they avoid major roads and are signposted (with Strava routes also available). This makes the two shorter rides suitable for families.

What do I need to bring?

A bike - we cannot provide these I am afraid. A cycling helmet is essential and we would also recommend high visibility/ waterproof clothing. We would also suggest bringing the following: Spare inner tubes and pump, Basic tool kit, Full Water bottles and some snacks, Fully charged mobile phone.

What is something goes wrong when I am riding?

Participation in the event is at your own risk and you should always follow the rules of the road. However we do have a number of marshalls/first aiders around the routes who will be able to come to your assistance. You will be provided with an emergency phone number to contact the support team.
