Achieving behaviour change - behaviour psychology 101
Monday 29 September– 6.30pm-8pm
at The Bakery
Achieving behaviour change can be arduous and frustrating. Human beings aren’t always rational and simple marketing techniques alone are not enough to get results.
Startups often don't have the skills and expertise to achieve it or employ expensive consultants to tell them how.
This introductory workshop looks at basic behavioural drivers and takes you through a framework for creating behaviour change techniques. Whether you are a startup that wants to change employee behaviour to recycle, or a business that wants to target consumers, this practical, insightful workshop will provide you with an understanding of basic psychology and the skills to create real, measurable change.
- Behavioural drivers: why people do what they do
- Audience mapping: how to tailor interventions to your target audience
- Intervention design: how to go about designing interventions to change behaviour
