An nourishing session dedicated to understanding the need for cultivating self awareness and practices for professional health and wellbeing.

The session includes refreshments and food prepared by Therapeutic Nutritionist Suki Sabine. There is also time allocated at the end of the session for community connection.

About Philippa:
With a background in psychotherapy and the humanities, Philippa is an experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor, well-being practitioner, workshop facilitator and self-taught artist. She has 25 years of experience in the therapeutic field within the voluntary, public and private sectors.

Philippa aims to offer an experience that will enable individuals to respond to themselves and others in a more constructive way, allowing them to live more creative, meaningful and fulfilling lives.
