For the past 25 years, she has helped over 40 different organisations across multiple industries, such as Microsoft, Mott MacDonald and Barclays deploy sustainable change in an unpredictable world by using the end person in mind perspective with my unique holistic approach to change.

Maria King | Consultant Director | Mott MacDonald

Maria King is a chartered management consultant and a change manager, currently leading a Culture & Collaboration team at Mott MacDonald. She has worked on large transformational change projects for clients such as Heathrow airport and Environment Agency. At the start of the global pandemic Maria was a change manager delivering a global HR transformation project at Mott MacDonald. The challenges of working entirely remotely across geographies, time-zones, disciplines and partners have paid off in project milestones delivered to date, recognition at industry awards and most importantly, a legacy of trust and lifelong friendships between people.
