Description

Presented with our Event Sponsors, CMC Partnership and Prosci

In this, its 20th anniversary year, Prosci’s ADKAR® model is now recognised as the world’s most widely-used change management tool. In this webinar, Emma de-la-Haye, a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor with CMC Partnership Global, will introduce you to the ways organisations are applying ADKAR to support delivery of their change and transformation programmes. The session will look at how ADKAR can be used to create common language around the people-side of changes in our organisations; how ADKAR can be utilised to bring focus to the outcomes our changes have been set up to deliver, and how we can measure progress towards those; and how ADKAR can help line managers, supervisors and team leaders create a framework for coaching their staff – their people – through organisational change.
