Bio:
Peter F Gallagher is a Change Management Expert, International Speaker, Author and Leadership Alignment Coach.
He speaks on change management, change leadership and change management gamification. He has a proven track record of complex change and project delivery in multi-disciplinary environments for the world’s largest and most successful organisations. He has Big Four external consulting experience, as well as internal and commercial consulting experience, working in over twenty-five countries over a thirty-year career.
He is the author of three change management books: Change Management Fables, Change Management Pocket Guide and Change Management Handbook.
