Thought, Words, Action!

We live in interesting times.  Everywhere there are questions and the established way of doing things can no longer be taken for granted.  The relationship between the state and charity is changing.  We hope you will see this as a positive challenge and a time to hear new ideas from leading thinkers.  Our programme is intended to stimulate thought, provoke words and lead to positive actions.  Join us for the biggest meeting of the year for charities addressing the needs of individuals.

Social media: the trends worth watching - There are 38 million active social media users in the UK and on average Brits use social media for an hour and a half every day. In recent years, charities across the country have really stepped up their game and regularly use social media to start conversations that lead to real-world change. From successful user-generated campaigns, to innovative ways of engaging supporters, Sushi will showcase some of the best use of social media by charities and look at ways to ensure your organisation is ready to embrace this transformative channel.
