While there will be no "getting back to normal" after this pandemic what might the "next normal" look like? Have women been affected differently than men? And how are female leaders looking to make, or have already started making, changes in their organisations as we move through COVID?

This online discussion event invites cross sector female leaders to give input on their learnings from 2020, looking forward, and share new ways of thinking. There will space for Q&A, networking, discussion, and sharing ideas.
