Description

This study day and annual general meeting organised by ACPIVR is for clinicians looking to increase their knowledge and understanding of the vestibular system. You will learn how to manage patients effectively to perform vestibular assessment and plan treatment in an objective way. Speakers represent the very best in the world and the programme has been organised to suit all levels of experience. You will also have the opportunity to attend one complimentary regional meeting to gain hands on experience of the skills discussed during the day. The details of these regional meetings will be provided during the AGM.

11:00-12:00 Differential Diagnosis and taking the history. Dr Peter West

Speakers Bio:

Prof Dr Herman Kingma: Professor in Clinical Vestibulology and head of the Clinical Function Laboratory for Balance Disorders at the ENT Department of the Maastricht University Medical centre in The Netherlands

Dr Peter West: Consultant in Audiovestibular Medicine, Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth

Mr Paul Radomskij: Clinical Scientist Lecturer at University College London & Clinical Scientist at St George's Hospital London

Dr Michael Schubert: Associate Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery as well as the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at John Hopkins University School of Medicine, USA.
