Get ready to test your endurance, speed and mental grit in this high-intensity fitness session built around the infamous Bleep Test! Whether you’re chasing a new personal best or just looking to level up your cardio, this session will push you to your limits and beyond.
We’ll kick things off with a dynamic warm-up, followed by progressive shuttle runs designed to challenge your aerobic capacity. All levels are welcome.
The session will be done over 15m.

- Wear all black kit
- Keep the space clean and tidy
- Check in when you arrive
- Be on time – late entry may not be allowed
- No spectators allowed
- Follow all staff and instructor directions
