ACS & UNICUS Staff and Family Summer BBQ and Fun Day

We are excited to announce that we are planning our third annual ACS & UNICUS Staff and Family Summer BBQ and Fun Day, on the Endcliffe Paddock on Sunday 2 September.

There will be plenty of entertainment and activities on the day that are suitable for all ages.

The event is free to attend, with staff able to claim up to 3 additional tickets for family – tickets can be exchanged for a BBQ or pizza, a drink and an ice cream on the day. If you have a family larger than the 4 ticket limit, please contact Julie Stothard (j.stothard@sheffield.ac.uk) or Emma Chorley (e.chorley@sheffield.ac.uk) to arrange tickets.

Young children who will not be eating do not need a ticket.

There will be live music from The Butros Beatles, a bouncy castle, face painting, and lots of games and activities for the kids (and adults!) to get involved in.

If you have any dietary requirements, please provide information when booking your tickets.

To avoid food wastage please let us know in advance if you are no longer able to attend.
