Struggling with dramatic reductions in footfall and revenue and need help thinking through what to do? In this workshop Jeanne Booth and Emma Torrance will highlight things you can do straightaway to reduce costs, and help you look afresh at your business and consider how you might adapt and collaborate with others to increase revenue. We'll discuss examples of what others have done, including ideas from quite different sectors and locations that have struggled with similar issues.
This workshop is hosted by the Creative Quarter as part of a business support programme, created thanks to the Reopening High Streets Safely Fund, provided by European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and The Government.
On the day: Be ready to engage. This is a workshop so please make sure you turn up ready to take part with your mics and cameras on. We will be talking about your business and working as a group.
