About this event
This is an exciting time to be a young actor!
With more and more movies and TV shows being filmed in the UK the demand for skilled cast & crew is increasing. Set yourself apart from the crowd with this focussed training day led by Fellowship Film - a production company making independent movies in Scotland.
- Have fun!
- Develop acting skills
- Get tips for auditions/self-tapes
- Learn on-set acting for camera technique
- Meet and collaborate with other young actors
AND receive a short clip of filmed performance from the day for showreel use.
Participants will take part in exercises, work on scripted scenes and gain an understanding of set etiquette. The goal is to provide an encouraging environment where attendees have the opportunity to grow their confidence, along with their acting skills and technical knowledge.
The Fellowship Film workshop team is led by Philip Todd, the writer/director of Jessie and the Elf Boy and a graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama.
