When did you last take a walk with gratitude?
Did you know that we have on average 60,000 thoughts a day.
What if we told you that those who participate in gratitude exercises regularly strengthen the pathways to our brains that are associated with perspectives enabling us to feel happier.
This is our first informal local Hampshire/Surrey borders happiness hub where we will have the opportunity to meet others and find out more about how gratitude can help us to see new perspectives in life.
About the Action for Happiness Gathering:
Limited to 35 people the relaxed atmosphere will allow you to come and find or more about our local AFH community and explore how we can support our communities to live more fulfilled lives.
The evening will include an opportunity to meet others, find out about the AFH 8 week 'exploring what matters' course from those who have completed it or facilitated it and a chance to hear from a local life coach who specialises in working with gratitude who will encourage you to explore:
Describing the benefits of connecting with gratitude
An opportunity to make a promise to yourself to feel happier and more fulfilled in life on a regular basis
Come join the community and change it from 'what if' to 'I'm now walking with gratitude' ✨✨
Who is the evening for?
The evening is for anyone who is interesting in finding out more about the AFH organisation and about being part of a local community here on the Hampshire/Surrey border
