Action for Happiness - Ten Keys for Happier Living

About this Event
Sarah and Jo will be running sessions on Friday mornings giving you the opportunity to meet with like-minded people to tune in to what really matters for a happy and meaningful life; connect to others and find practical ways to take action to improve your sense of health and wellbeing.
Sessions will be based on materials from the charity Action for Happiness and their excellent course Exploring What Matters which we have run twice at the hub in recent years. More info and other resources on their website https://www.actionforhappiness.org/
Anyone is welcome. These events are free but donations would be appreciated. If you are happy to donate online we can get gift aid on donations via Local Giving so please donate here via our Local Giving page if you can.
When we are allowed to meet in person again we will also continue to offer the option to join by zoom.
