What to expect
Join us for this pair of interactive workshops, designed to support community group leaders in Lewisham to explore Action Learning Sets (ALS). The first workshop will give you a brief introduction to Action Learning Sets, and provide an opportunity to build some skills, which you will then get to put into practice in the second workshop. Through this two-step process, you will experience this effective way for small groups of peers to offer each other high quality listening and reflection, while growing their own professional skills.
Who should attend?
This workshop is for you if you are working in the community sector in Lewisham, particularly as a group leader, and would like to connect and share in a reciprocal way with people who may have similar values and challenges to you. You are interested in adding new practices to your professional toolbox. You may be operating on your own and would value expanding your network, or finding potential collaborators.
Register now to secure your spot - there are only 20 places! Please note that these workshops are only open to community groups, grassroots organisations and charities delivering work in Lewisham.
