Two free Action Learning Set Workshops
These workshops are designed to be done together. You need to have attended the first workshop in order to attend the second workshop.

What to expect
Join us for an interactive and lively workshop designed to support community group leaders in Lewisham to explore Action Learning Sets (ALS). You will experience an effective way for small groups of peers to provide each other with high quality listening and reflection. You will also find out what areas of shared interest there are among fellow particpants.
Workshop one will give you a brief introduction and provide an opportunity to build some skills, which you get to put into practice in the second workshop.
Who should attend?
This workshop is for you if you are working in the community sector in Lewisham, particularly as a group leader, and would like to connect and share in a reciprocal way with people who may have similar values and challenges to you. You are interested in adding new practices to your professional toolbox. You may be operating on your own and would value expanding your network, or finding potential collaborators.
