Event description

Description

Are you worried about where your business is going?
● Do you struggle to plan or prioritise?
● Would you like to have a more-structured approach so you can manage all those balls you’re juggling?

If you spend all your time delivering to clients and managing the day-to-day activity of running your business, your profits aren't going to grow or thrive. By helping you work smarter (not harder), I can help you work on your business, not just in it.

Through my work as a coach, I’ve seen that a small investment in planning can make a huge difference to the bottom line (and mental health) of people who run small businesses.

This highly-interactive half-day workshop is designed to help you get clear on your business planning. You’ll leave with a more strategic focus, increased confidence and a plan to steer your business in the right direction.

What will we do?

● Look at and celebrate what you’ve achieved so far
● Assess what’s working well, and what’s not
● Identify what you want to achieve with your business, and by when
● Translate this into a realistic strategy, with clear steps

● Learn what your strengths are (and how to play to them)

Where and when?

● Boardroom, Keychange Charity, just 10 minutes’ walk from Waterloo (5 minutes from Lambeth North)
● Wednesday 28 March 2018 from 10.30am to 1.30pm
● Drinks and snacks will be provided

What does it cost?

Tickets cost £59 for early birds, rising to £69 one week before the event.
