A course suitable for newly qualified teachers and those managing challenging behaviours in the classroom.
The first session of the course will use a book as a study guide and look at what strategies to trial in the classroom to manage challenging behaviours. Participants will then take their learning and trial strategies in the classroom.
The second session of the course will be run on an action research basis with reflection on what strategies have been employed, what worked and what the impact has been. There will be the opportunity for networking and learning from colleagues.
