Activate and Strengthen Your Aura With Kundalini Yoga
Event Information
About this Event
The intention of this KY workshop is to bring us together as a community, introduce new people to the wonders of Kundalini Yoga and raise funds for and the profile of GRDP’s invaluable work.
Our electromagnetic field plays an important role in how we communicate our true self. A strong, clear, bright aura gives confidence, clarity and openness. It means those around us sit up and take notice, and others can sense our presence even before we enter a room. It conveys who we are very clearly on a subtle level. It also protects us, not only from unhelpful energies, but also from physical disease. In kundalini yoga teachings, if your aura is bright and strong, you are bright and strong!
In this two-hour workshop on the approach to the winter solstice, we will be working with kundalini yoga kriyas and meditations to clear, balance, expand and seal our auric body. This is an opportunity to ignite your shine and tap into the energy of light at the solstice!
Kundalini yoga is for you, no matter what your age, capability, level of flexibility. All you need to practise is an open mind and willing spirit. You may find some of the movements challenging, but always worth your best efforts. Please wear comfy clothes appropriate for movement, and have a yoga mat or rug to practice on, a blanket for relaxation and a cushion for sitting if you need one.
