Our midwife led birth preparation session for pregnant people and their birth partners is deliveredonline on microsoft teams. We suggest booking this class to attend from when you are 34 weeks pregnant onwards.

Physiology of labour and birth

Early labour at home

What to pack, when to come to hospital, and different birthing settings available

The different stages of labour, ways of coping, and pain relief options

You will be emailed the link on the day of the class.
