Active Bystander training

You are invited to attend a short training session aiming to help us challenge poor behaviours which may have become normalised over time. The session includes self-coaching techniques to help you keep a cool head when you’re faced with a challenging situation - and assertive language which you can use to make sure your voice is heard if you want to raise a concern.

We hope that by working together we can create a safe and supportive working environment within our O&G community in the West Midlands and urge everyone to attend.
