please note that this is 5 consecutive yoga session from Monday 14 to Friday 18 August 2017

Attending all five classes will introduce you to the Ashtanga system and Mysore

method as taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois. You'll be guided through a set sequence of

postures with individual instruction to suit your needs and ability, building up as the

week goes on to develop your home practice. There will be time after each class for

further discussion and questions.
