Will towels be provided?

Towels will be provided upon request. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own.

Are changing and shower facilities available?

Yes, a designated changing room and shower area is available.

How can I join the classes?

Aquafit, Yoga and Spin classes will fill on a first-come, first-served basis. All facilities will be open for attendees enjoy all morning, including Padel and Tennis Courts, Gym, Sun Loungers and more.

Will water be provided?

Water and refreshments will be provided. There are also refilling stations available should attendees wish to bring their own water bottles

Please wear activewear. Bikini's won't be permitted for the Aquafit class.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring your ticket and remember to wear SPF.

Is parking available?

Limited free parking is available in the Meadows Souq carpark. We encourage carpooling where possible.
